The Minecraft 3DS Community catalog of custom content is available on Universal-Updater, along with some early releases, exclusive mods, and more content than you can imagine.

You can install the UniStore by opening Universal-Updater, and going to Settings → Select Unistore → Add, and selecting the Minecraft 3DS Community UniStore in the list of recommended UniStores.
